For first time buyers or those who are uncomfortable with the buying process, we have written a complete, step by step, easy to read guide to buying a home in the Nashville area. This guide, available to you at our first meeting, will take you through the steps to buying a home from contacting a lender to writing the initial offer to closing the sale, and help you understand the buying process prior to starting that process. |

In our initial meeting we will discuss your real estate needs, expectations, wishes, and help you determine the type and location of property that will meet your needs. |
| Mortgage Lenders |
We will discuss lenders with you and suggest lenders you should contact who will provide to you the level of service you should expect. |
| Search For Homes |
We will visit homes which meet your requirements, exhausting the current available properties. If what is currently available does not meet your needs, we will review new listings several times daily and inform you when a new listing that meets your criteria comes on the market. Our goal is that our clients be the first to visit any new listing and therefore have the first opportunity to buy. |
| Write The Offer/Negotiate The Contract |
When you find a home that you love, we will help you prepare an offer to purchase that home and negotiate the offer to contract status. |
| Inspection/Loan/Other Contingencies |
Once the offer is accepted, we will assist you in setting up the inspection, coordinating the loan and removing any contingencies as they are scheduled to be removed. |
| Final Walk Thru |
We will conduct a final walk through of the property a day or two prior to closing to insure that any requested repairs have been completed and to make sure that all major systems are in good working order. |
| Closing Attorney |
We will help you choose a closing attorney/title company to represent you in closing the sale. We will make sure that all pertinent documents are provided and follow up to insure a smooth closing. |
